Hosting and server logs

lastsold.de runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit, the server necessarily processes IP address, time, requested page, browser and referrer. These access logs serve only secure operation and troubleshooting and are deleted after 14 days at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation).

Cookie-free audience measurement

For audience measurement we run the software Umami on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no profile across pages or days. It records page views, country, browser type and referrer in anonymised form. Individuals cannot be identified; no consent is required for this. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and local storage

lastsold.de sets no tracking cookies. Preferences such as the chosen view are stored only in your browser's local storage and are not sent to the server.

Price alerts by e-mail

If you set a price alert on a card page, we store your e-mail address, the card, the chosen rule (threshold or "every new sale"), the view (language, condition or grading) and the time and IP address of sign-up (the latter only to prevent abuse). The alert becomes active only after you click the confirmation link in the first e-mail (double opt-in). You receive only the messages for this alert, no advertising. Every e-mail contains a link that ends this alert or all alerts for your address immediately; the data is then deleted. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), revocable at any time.

E-mails are delivered through an e-mail service provider (Brevo) that processes the address solely for delivery (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR).

Links to eBay (affiliate programme)

Links to eBay listings carry an affiliate identifier of the eBay Partner Network. Only when you click such a link does eBay process data under its own privacy policy; lastsold.de transmits no personal data to eBay. eBay's privacy notice: ebay.com.

Contact by e-mail

If you e-mail us, we keep the message to handle your request and delete it once the matter is settled and no statutory retention duties apply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

All connections to lastsold.de are TLS-encrypted.
