Pokémon-ex and Gold Stars have no reverse holo
In the EX sets, reverse holos only exist for regular cards, not for ex cards or Gold Stars.
In the EX sets (2003–2007) almost every regular card has a reverse holo, with the shine outside the art box. The Pokémon-ex themselves and the Gold Star cards (★) were never printed as reverse holos.
The rule covers every card with a mechanic in its name: ex, EX, ★, LV.X, LEGEND, Prime, BREAK, GX, V, VMAX, VSTAR. A listing called “Blaziken ex Reverse Holo” therefore means the regular ex card. Last Sold counts such sales on the card itself and has no reverse page for it.
